Become that rare person who can handle themselves in any threatening situation

  • Join us for a 2 hour free trial class. No experience required. Mixed classes (14 yrs+).
  • We train every Sunday 10:00–12:00 at Murrayside Community Centre, Ipswich, IP3 9JL
