Information - Happiness Club

Do you want more Happiness in your life? Then you will love the Happiness Club event. The Happiness Club event is held monthly at The Coffee Cell in Ipswich. It’s a great opportunity to learn techniques that will help you learn to be Happy, as well as enjoy stable mental health on a more consistent basis.

I am passionate about helping people who are fed up with feeling fed up to take action to feel Happier. I was able to come off anti-depressants after being on them for 26 years. When I was 21, I started a journey of self-help and personal development that is helping me learn to be Happy. Along the way I’ve learned various tips, tricks, tools, and techniques. I want to share these with you, so that you can also learn to be Happy.

Agenda includes:

Introductions and I AM affirmations.

Affirmations can help you to get what you want and become the person you want to be. I AM affirmations are particularly powerful.

Appreciating ourselves.

In this section, you can talk about something you’ve achieved, something you feel gratitude for or something you’re proud of. This helps you to reprogramme your brain to focus on the positive.

*Questions/coaching around my self-esteem course, Happiness Club blog posts or any other questions related to Happiness.
If you have a question or you’d like some help with something, I will coach you and answer your questions using a combination of coaching, Tapping and Angel Cards.

*Share your experiences or aha moments based on something you’ve learned from the self-esteem course, Happiness Club blog posts or any other personal development material.
This is an opportunity for you to share something you’ve recently learned and talk about how it has impacted your life. It’s also a chance to hear what other people are learning.

Would you like to come along to the Happiness Club Event? I’d love to meet you and get to know you better.

Bring your questions about my online course, free guide to unlimited self-esteem, blog posts, videos or anything else related to Happiness. Share your aha moments and experiences.

Contact me in advance with your questions or bring them along on the day.
