Information - Family Shine Session
Each workshop is for families with children of all ages, where someone in the family age 16+ is struggling with their mental health.
We will do lots of fun creative activities, you will get a free copy of our creative wellbeing journal, and spend time together making art as a family.
Located at our studio – 11 Dove Street Ipswich, IP4 1NG – upstairs, so please let us know if you will have any issues with access.

Rock Paper Scissors is a community arts programme, providing progressive creative workshops and inspiring arts activities. Our participants build their confidence and curiosity through creative play. We educate and empower through providing an inclusive space to tell stories through making and creating.
