Information - Chemistry: A Tribute to Rush

Chemistry: A Tribute to Rush are a brand new, authentic tribute act for anyone in the mood for a night of classic Rush Anthems.

“Excitement so thick, you could cut it with a knife” There’s nothing like the music of Rush, and there’s absolutely nothing like hearing it played live. In the spring of 2024 “Chemistry”, a new Rush tribute, formed with a mission to perform the most authentic, entertaining and exciting Rush tribute possible. Alex Body (bass, keyboards, vocals) is a lifelong Rush fan and is author of the critically acclaimed “Rush: Song by Song”. He is joined by guitarist Joe Guynan who captures the essence of Lifeson’s esoteric style as a guitar player but also reproduces with uncanny skill, the unique sounds of the legendary Lerxst. Max Ashton is an exuberant and explosive drummer who captures the spirit of the professor in every triplet and herta: together they are CHEMISTRY, performing music from the entire of Rush’s career and doing so with a passion, attention to detail and raw enthusiasm that is infectious. Open hearts moving in contact with one another Electricity, biology, seems to me it’s CHEMISTRY

Doors open at 7.30pm. Tickets are £11.50.
